摘    要:针对贵州省某高硫铝土矿,在小型试验的基础上进行了扩大连续选矿试验,通过验证对比、优化,并在综合考虑资源利用率和经济性的基础上,最终确定了"一次性磨矿—反浮选预先脱硫—正浮选脱硅"的工艺流程,采用在低温下捕收力强的捕收剂,获得了含硫23.07%、Al_2O_332.41%、Si O27.51、硫回收率85.05%的硫精矿和含Al_2O_360.33%、SiO_29.04%、硫0.29%、Al_2O_3回收率84.24%、铝硅比为6.68的铝土矿精矿。该试验结果为该铝土矿的开发利用和在较低温度下的选矿富集提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Scale-up?continuous? test on high sulfur-containing bauxite from Guizhou province was conducted on the basis of lab experiment. By means of verifying, comparing, optimizing and considering resources utilization rate and economical efficiency, one-off ore grinding-advance desulfuration by reverse flotation-desilication by direct flotation flow path and one collectors which has strong collecting capacity at low temperature were finally adopted to process this ore. Sulfur concentrate with S grade of 23.07%, Al2O3 grade of 32.41%, SiO2 grade of 7.51 and S recovery of 85.0%, and bauxite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 60.33%, SiO2 grade of 9.04%, S grade of 0.29%, Al2O3 recovery of 84.24%, and A/S of 6.68 were obtained. The results offer technological gist to development, utilization and mineral enrichment of this bauxite at low temperature.
