| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨通心络与尼莫地平联合治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛的临床疗效。方法:通心络与尼莫地平联合治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛患者36例(治疗组),并与32例脑动脉硬化性头痛患者选用肠溶阿西林和尼莫地平联用作治疗对照(对照组)。观察治疗前后患者头痛程度和颅脑平均血流速度(VM)最大的血管检测值指示变化。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通心络与尼莫地平联合应用能显著改善脑动脉硬化患者的脑血管功能,增加流量,缓解头痛等症状,是治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of Tongxinluo combined Nimodipine in the treatment of headache caused by brain artery hardening. Methods: 36 cases(Treatment group)were treated by Tongxinluo combined Nimodipine, while 32 cases (Control group) were treated by Aspirine and Nimodipine. Observing the degree of headache and VM before and after the treatment. Results: The effect in Treatment group was better than in Control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Combining Tongxinluo and Nimodipine may greatly improve the brain blood function of patients with brain artery hardening symptoms and increasing the blood blow and alleviate the headache. It is a valid medicine treated the brain headache caused by brain artery hardening. |
