丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤处理方法的实验研究

摘    要:目的寻找治疗丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤的有效方法.方法制作丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤的家兔动物模型,以消退指数和消退时间作为检测指标,比较不同处理方法的治疗效果.结果冰敷治疗组和冰敷 阿米福汀治疗组效果最好,其消退时间最短,冰敷治疗组动物组织学检查发现无明显皮肤炎性改变及坏死.结论出现丝裂霉素渗漏性损伤后尽早采取冰敷治疗措施,可有效防止皮肤炎性反应及坏死,是一种有效的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To find an effective method for the treatment of mitomycin C extravasation injuries. Methods The rabbit model of mitomycin C extravasation was made and managed by different methods. The therapeutic efficacy in each group was assessed by using regression index and regression time. Results The therapeutic efficacy in ice compress group and ice compress plus amifostine group was better than that in other groups and the regression time was the shortest. There was no inflammation and necrosis in skin in ice compress group. Conclusion Ice compress, which can prevent inflammation and necrosis in skin, is one of the most effective treatment methods for mitomycin C extravasation injuries.
