| 摘 要： | 对HG-670/13.72-M型锅炉汽-汽加热器焊接时存在的质量问题进行了分析.阐述了12GrlMoV钢的化学成分、力学性能和焊接性,采取了相应的焊接措施和可行的焊接工艺,提高了焊接质量,保证了机组安全经济运行.

| Abstract: | Problems in quality occurred during welding steam -steam heater for HG -670/13.72 -M type boiler were analyzed, the weldability, chemical composition and mechanical performance of the base metal, 12Crl MoV steel, were also discussed,on which a proper welding procedure and some aid means were put forward based ,which ensures the welding quality to meet the requirements and makes the unit to run safely and economically. |
