| 摘 要： | 对信息化装备试验建设与发展的基本动力与客观规律进行了论述，从全寿命管理角度，提出了加强信息化装备试验体系建设问题，并就建立试验质量管理体系以及信息化装备试验人才培养问题给出了具体方法和建议。
