肝硬化甲状腺激素改变的临床意义

Clinical value of change in the level of thyroid gland hormone in the serum of cirrhosis patients

OBJECTIVE:This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the changing in the level of thyroid gland hormone in the serum of cirrhosis patients and the course of cirrhotic disease and prognosis. METHODS:The method of radio-immunity is employed to determine T 3,FT 3,T 4rT 3 and TSH in the empty-stomach serum of 45 cases of cirrhosis, and 20 ceses are singled out from the normal controlled group.RESULTS:The result shows that in the serum of 45 cases of cirrhosis,the value of T 3,FT 3 decreases while the value of rT 3 increases;serious cirrhosis can be accompanied by a decline in the serum of T 4;and there is a remarkable difference (P<0 01) between the minor and serious group under discussion.CONCLUSION:Thus the level of T 3 and T 4 in the serum is closely bound up with cirrhosis and can serve as an auxiliary norm for deciding the degree of cirrhosis and prognosis,and observing the degree of injury in the essence of liver cells form a different angle.
