| 摘 要： | 目的研究道地产区的甘草经过栽培后遗传多样性的变化,从分子层面探讨中药离其土,则失其味也的科学性,为栽培甘草选育优良品种提供依据。方法采用ISSR-PCR技术对6组24个栽培甘草样品进行遗传多样性分析。结果用6条引物对24个样品DNA进行PCR扩增,共得到43个条带,其中29个条带具有多态性,多态性百分比为67.45%。用NTSYS-pc2.10分析软件进行聚类分析,基本可将不同道地产区的栽培甘草较好的区分,但同一产区种子栽培的甘草与种苗栽培的甘草并不能较好的聚类。结论栽培甘草不同产地遗传多样性都很丰富,同一产地的甘草由于不同的栽培代数遗传多样性有所改变,说明甘草经过多代有性繁殖后遗传多样性会有部分丢失,这可能与环境的选择有关,为优质甘草的栽培育种提供理论基础。
