摘    要:目的方法为了研究微波法提取玉米须总黄酮的工艺和比较不同时期、不同药用部位玉米须黄酮含量的差别。分别采用微波、热回流法研究玉米须中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。在单因素基础上进行正交实验。结果微波法提取主要影响因素依次为:乙醇浓度60%、功率为600W、料夜比1:20、提取时间16min。热回流法提取主要影响因素依次为:乙醇浓度70%,温度80℃,料夜比1:30,提取时间2h。微波法和热回流所得总黄酮最佳提取率为4.55%,3.17%。同一品种成熟期玉米须中黄酮含量高于乳熟期、成熟期柱头含量高于花柱。结论微波提取法优于回流法。
