川西中浅层水平井分段加砂压裂改造技术

摘    要:针对川西低渗透气藏高温、高压、储层品质差、气井控制半径小、产量递减快、气藏整体采收率低等问题,在对水平井分段压裂适应性分析基础上,将常规水平喷射技术应用于水平井分段压裂,形成水平井不动管柱滑套水力喷射分段压裂及其配套技术。裂缝参数优化结果表明,在水平井段长为600m时,裂缝条数4~5条、裂缝半长120~140m,且中间裂缝较短,两端裂缝较长,两端裂缝间距小,中间裂缝间距大的裂缝组合,是实现分段压裂水平井产能最大化的保证。针对水平井压裂施工多裂缝易砂堵、长水平段支撑剂传输沉降等风险,通过工具改进,结合支撑剂段塞、防砂控砂,以及高效返排工艺技术,形成有效风险防控措施,保证顺利施工和安全生产。现场试验对比结果表明,新技术应用降低施工成本,提高气井单井产能,压裂水平井产能较邻井直井产能增大2倍以上。对比气井压后稳产情况可以看出,水平井稳产能力优于相邻压裂直井,在难动用储量的高效开发上表现出一定优势。
