| 摘 要： | 转变战斗力生成模式的核心是增强自主创新能力,高新技术武器装备是实现战斗力生成模式转变的物质基础。大力推进国防知识产权战略实施,通过激励自主创新为加快转变战斗力生成模式奠定技术进步基础;通过鼓励转化运用为加快转变战斗力生成模式提供武器装备保障;通过强化保护为加快转变战斗力生成模式提供知识产权安全环境。

| Abstract: | The core of the transformation of combat effectiveness mode is to enhance independent innovation capability.High-tech weapons and equipment is the material basis to the transformation of combat effectiveness mode.To promote defense property intellectual strategy,it is expected to encourage independent innovation that could lay the technology progress foundation,to encourage convert and application that could provide weapons and equipment support,to strengthen property right protection that could establish a security environment,all of which helps advance transformation of combat effectiveness mode. |
