摘    要:本文介绍了用光度检测离子色谱法分离分析植酸的适宜条件。以NaNO_3和HNO_3为淋洗液,用磺基水杨酸和三氯化铁为柱后衍生试剂,使用国产YSA型阴离子分离柱分离和测定了大豆中的植酸,得到满意的结果。

Abstract:Phytic acid in soybean was determined by ion chromatography with spectrophotometric de-tection,using a YSA anion separator column (made in China).A solution containing 0.300 mol.L~(-1)NaNO_3 and 0.015 mol.L~(-1) HNO~3 was used as eluent. The post-column derivatization reagent wascomposed of sulfosalicylic acid(0. 15%), FeCl_3(0.015%)and HNO_3(0. 15 mol.L~(-1).Under selectedcondition,phytic acid can be separated from phosphate in about 6 minutes.The results obtained aresatisfactory.The relative standard deviation is 2.0%.
