切角vs.直角——控制性详细规划“惯性思维”的案例分析

通过对国内城市中心区道路交叉口处道路红线切角问题的分析,论证交叉口处道路红线是否需要切角的两个关键因素——道路红线宽度与安全停车视距的逻辑关系。结合我国城市中心区的现行道路设计规范及实际建设情况,剖析我国道路红线切角的原因,提出现行规划道路红线不必切角的规划意见和建议。

CUTTING ANGLE VS. RIGHT ANGLE: A CASE ANALYSIS ON INERTIAL THINKING IN REGULATORY DETAILED PLANNING

By analyzing cutting angle of the right of way in the corner of intersection in urban central area, this paper deduces the reason of the cutting angle or the right angle, as well as the logic relation- ship between width of the right of way and stopping sight distance. It also discusses the relative road de- sign criterion and current built conditions in urban central area, and suggests that cutting angle pattern should not be necessary in the regulatory detailed panning.
