钢渣OGFC-13型排水沥青混合料的配合比设计及性能研究

摘    要:以钢渣为粗集料、石灰岩为细集料、矿粉为填料、SBS改性沥青为结合料配制OGFC-13型开级配钢渣排水沥青混合料,其配合比为m((13.2~19)mm钢渣)∶m((9.5~13.2)mm钢渣)∶m((4.75~9.5)mm钢渣)∶m((0~4.75)mm石灰岩)∶m(矿粉)=13∶28∶45∶13∶1,最佳油石比为4.5%,聚脂纤维用量为0.3%。该沥青混合料的钢渣用量高达86%,且不用提高改性沥青和纤维用量,有利于钢渣的综合利用,节约道路建设成本。通过马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂强度和车辙试验得出,该沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度为9.8kN,劈裂强度比为89.8%,动稳定度为5753次/mm,均优于技术规范要求。该沥青混合料的渗水系数为37.0mL/s,摩擦系数(BPN值)为70.7,表明其渗水能力很强,抗滑性能优良。

Design and performance of OGFC-13 steel slag asphalt mixture

Abstract:OGFC-13 open-graded steel slag porous asphalt mixture was produced from the SBS modified asphalt, with steel slag as coarse aggregate, limestone as fine aggregate, and mineral powder as pad- ding. The mix proportion was (19-13.2)mm steel slag: (13.2-9.5)mm steel slag : (9.5-4.75) mm steel slag : (4.75-0)mm limestone : mineral powder=13 % : 28%: 45% : 13% : 1%. The op- timal asphalt content (OAC) was 4.5%, and the consumption of polyester fiber was 0.3%. Steel slag consumed reached 86% with no increase in needed asphalt and polyester fiber, which reduced the cost. It is found that the Marshall stability of OGFC-13 reaches 9. 8 kN, the freeze-thraw split strength ratio 89.8% and the dynamic stability 5753 times/mm, which are all superior to those stipulated in China's relevant regulations. The water permeability coefficient of OGFC-13 is 37.0 mL/s and the friction coefficient 70.7, which means that OGFC-13 has a strong water seepage and anti-slid- ing performance .
