智能电表时钟电池欠压故障剖析及防范措施研究

摘    要:智能电表时钟电池能够在掉电状态下为表内时钟芯片提供电源,时钟电池欠压将严重影响电表计时的准确性。文章分析了智能电表用锂电池的理论放电时间;根据现场运行表计时钟欠压故障案例,对导致电池欠压的原因进行深层次剖析;提出了能够有效减少欠压故障发生的措施,并重点对比了电池钝化与电池欠压的本质区别,最后提出一种新的电池运行状态在线监测的方案。

Abstract:Smart meter clock battery can provide power supply to the clock chip when power-down. The undervoltage problems of smart meter clock battery affect the accurate timing seriously. Analyze the theory discharge time of lithium battery in smart meter from theory; According to the field operating fault case, analyse the reason of battery undervoltage; Propose measures to reduce the undervoltage fault, then compare the essential difference between battery passivation and battery undervoltage, put forward a new online battery monitor scheme.
