摘    要:莱钢2^#转炉汽化冷却烟道、活动烟罩存在使用寿命短、事故率高等问题,分析其原因是炉口段设计不合理、烟道径向膨胀量无法释放、水封 行程短、水封内积渣严重、烟道隔板易疲劳损坏等。为此对烟道结构进行改造,采取将炉口段和斜一段改为整体结构,加大氧枪口、加大烟罩水封行程等措施,从而改善了水动力不足,提高了转炉余热锅炉的使用寿命。

Abstract:There exist problems of short service life and high accident rate on cooling fule with vaporizing and motive smoke bell of No.2 converter in Laiwu iron and steel Co.,Ltd..The reasons include irrational design of furnace mouth,without releasing of the thermal expansion of the flue in radial direction,short stroke of water seal,much precipitation of residue in water seal and easy fatigue failure in flue baffle wall.The insufficiency of water power was improved and the service life of heat recovery boiler of converter was extended by taking measures of reconstructing the flue structure,changing the furnace and first sideways section as whole structure,enlarging oxygen nozzle and water seal stroke of smoke bell.
