重命名翻译是另类翻译法么？——兼与康志洪、何自然等商榷

在研究重命名翻译时，首先应该甄别译名是否真是重命名，其次要把握译者采取重命名翻译的动因和理据是什么，最重要的是明确重命名翻译是通过何种途径实现的。研究发现，所谓的重命名翻译实际上是译者依据原名进行隐喻相似性或／和转喻相邻性等关联认知推理后进行语码转换的产物，译出的是原名的隐喻义或／和转喻义，合称言外之意。因此，重命名翻译是对原名的语用意义的关联翻译，关联度较低而语效较高，是意译的一种表现形式，本质上属于意译，并非与原名无关的另类翻译法。

Is Renaming Translation an Offbeat Translation Method？——A Discussion with Kang Zhihong,He Ziran and Li Jie

In the process of researching Renaming Translation （RT）, we should, first of all, make clear whether the translated name is an RT. Secondly, we are supposed to find out what motivates RT. Most importantly, we need to know the ways to RT. It is found that the so-called RT is actually made by the translators, on the basis of the name in the source language （source name）, through rel- evant inference based on metaphorical similarity or/and metonymical contiguity. Namely, it is the code-switching outcome of the metaphorical meaning or/and metonymical meaning （collectively re- ferred to as implicational meaning） of the source name. Thus, RT is a relevant translation of the prag- matic meaning of the source name, which is not an offbeat translation method irrelevant to the source name, but a sub-category as well as a manifestation of liberal translation.
