基于虚拟仪器的电动车窗防夹力自动测试系统设计

摘    要:为了实现电动车窗防夹力自动化测试以及高可靠性,在虚拟仪器平台的基础上,对防夹力自动测试系统的软、硬件进行了设计。通过在防夹自动化测试台架上的验证,实践证明,所设计的系统可以替代手动测试方式,能够实现电动车窗防夹力的自动测试以及数据自动采集和图形显示,并且可以自动记录、保存试验数据,该测试显著提高了车窗防夹力测试的效率,具有很高的可靠性和经济性。

Abstract:In an effort to meet automatic test and high reliability of anti-clamping force of electric window,the software and hardware of automatic test system of anti-clamping force are cultivated on the basis of virtual instrument platform.In the validation of automated test bench,practice has indicated that the designed system can replace manual test mode,can realize the automatic test of clamp forceelectric window,and automatic data acquisition and graphical display,and can automatically record and save the test data.The test was significantly improved the efficiency of the Windows with clamp force test,and has extremelyhigh reliability and economy.
