踝泵运动对下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成及生活质量的影响

目的]探讨踝泵运动对下肢骨折病人术后深静脉血栓形成及生活质量的影响。方法]将2017年1月—2018年12月收治的122例下肢骨折病人按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组实施常规围术期护理,观察组在常规围术期护理的基础上实施踝泵运动。对比两组病人患侧皮肤情况、下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理前后患侧踝关节活动度、生活质量。结果]观察组病人患侧皮肤肿胀、疼痛、颜色改变及下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人护理前患侧踝关节活动度及生活质量得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组病人护理后患侧踝关节活动度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人护理后生活质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]踝泵运动能有效改善下肢骨折病人下肢皮肤状况,并预防深静脉血栓形成的发生和改善生活质量。

Effect of ankle pump exercise on deep vein thrombosis and quality of life after lower limb fracture

Objective:To investigate the effect of ankle pump exercise on postoperative deep vein thrombosis and quality of life in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:A total of 122 patients with lower limb fractures admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 61 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine perioperative nursing and the patients in observation group received ankle pump exercise on the basis of routine perioperative nursing.The skin condition of the affected side,the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis,the range of motion of the affected ankle before and after nursing,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of skin swelling,pain,color change and deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the range of motion of the affected ankle and quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the range of motion of the affected ankle of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ankle pump exercise can effectively improve lower limb skin condition,prevent deep vein thrombosis and improve quality of life of the patients with lower limb fracture.
