汽轮机高压缸前5级叶片表面沉积物的分析研究

摘    要:采用能量散色谱仪(EDS)和X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了某电厂6号机组汽轮机高压缸前5级叶片表面少量黄色沉积物的元素成分、价态及相对含量。结果表明,黄色沉积物是含氧、钙、硫、硅、铁、镁、钠等元素成分的混合物,是钙、镁、铁的硫酸盐、硅酸盐和氧化物。分析认为这些物质是从系统外漏入的,如凝汽器泄漏带入的钙、镁等盐类物质随水汽循环而在汽轮机叶片表面沉积。

Abstract:Adopting energy dispersion spectroscopic analyser(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic analyser(XPS),the element compositions,valence,and relative contents of yellow depositions obtained from the surface of first 1~5 HP grade turbine vanes have been analysed.Results show that the yellow depositions were a mixture of sulfate or silicate,which contains elements as oxygen,calcium,sulfer,silicon,iron,magnesium,and sodium.It is believed from analysis that these substances were introduced from outside of the system by leakage,for example,some salts of calcium and magnesium introduced from condenser leakage would deposit on the surface of turbine vanes during water-vapor circulation.
