| 摘 要： | 缩短平均住院日可提高床位利用率和周转次数,使医院有限的资源为更多的病人服务,从而提高医院的工作效率和质量。本文采取一对一访谈、封闭式问卷的调查方法,对患者和医护人员进行影响平均住院日因素的问卷调查,运用SPSS等工具,对调查结果进行相关分析、逐步回归分析,找出影响平均住院日的主要因素。针对院内可控因素,提出缩短平均住院日的具体措施,包括：医院科学配置病房,科室统筹安排床位,制定合理的平均住院日标准,优化医疗服务流程,健全缩短平均住院日的激励机制,大力开展新业务、新技术,强化单病种管理,开展临床路径,提高医疗技术水平和服务效能;针对政策影响因素,提出政策建议。Research on shortening average length of stay and improving service efficiency/WANG Meiying//Chinese Hospitals.-2011,15（7）：29-33
