大型特厚板坯料制造技术现状和发展趋势

摘    要:对厚钢板的主要用途和国内生产企业进行了概述,对大单重钢锭坯料主要生产方式优缺点进行了对比分析。详细介绍了国内外极厚钢板坯料制造技术的现状和主要产品,包括传统扁钢锭、电渣重熔扁钢锭、单向凝固钢锭、顺序凝固钢锭、超厚连铸坯、板坯复合技术以及坯料锻轧技术。电磁场作用下水冷结晶器顺序凝固技术制造矩型钢锭将成为厚钢板坯料制造的发展趋势。

Abstract:The application of heavy gauge plate and the manufacturing enterprises were summarized, and the advantage and disadvantage of different production methods for large ingot and slab were compared and analyzed. The present situation of manufacturing technologies and major product of large ingot and slab for heavy gauge plate at home and abroad were both analyzed in detail, including conventional ingot slab, electroslag remelted flat ingot, uni- directionally solidified ingot, directionally solidified ingot, extra gauge casting slabs, clad continuous casting slab, forging-rolling stock. Rectangular ingot producted with water cooling mold under electromagnetic fields will become the development tendecy of the production of large ingot and slab for heavy gauge plate.
