海上防滑涂层的研究及应用进展

摘    要:简述了海上防滑涂层的分类及功能,重点介绍了船舶用高分子基防滑涂层和金属基防滑涂层的研究及应用现状,指出高分子基防滑涂层是目前海上主要的防滑涂层,金属基陶瓷涂层与非晶合金涂层是国内外研究的重点;并对其今后发展做了展望,明确了添加其他有益材料来增强复合涂层将是未来防滑涂层的研究方向。

Progress in Research and Application of Marine Anti-Skid Coatings

Abstract:In this paper, the classification and function of marine anti-skid coatings were briefly introduced, and the research and application status of polymer- based anti - skid coatings and metal - based anti - skid coatings for ships were emphatically discussed. It was pointed out that polymer-based anti-skid coating was the main one on the sea at present, and metal-based ceramic coating and amorphous alloy coating were the focus of research both in domestic and abroad. The future development was prospected. Reinforcing composite coating with other useful materials would become the future research direction of anti - skid coatings.
