摘    要:热卷箱对中间卷的卷径跟踪计算是很重要的工作之一,同时卷径跟踪也是中间坯在热卷箱区跟踪的核心。为了实现对中间坯钢卷的圈数和外径的实时跟踪,介绍了热卷箱卷径跟踪的计算方法,包括卷取过程中的卷径递增和开卷过程中的卷径递减两个部分,并给出了卷径跟踪的数学模型和运算流程。实践证明,此计算方法在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,能大大提高热卷箱的自动化程度,提高生产质量,并给工作人员提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The calculation of coilbox diameter tracking is one of the important tasks.At the same time,the coil diameter tracking is the core of transfer bar tracking in coilbox.The calculation method of coilbox diameter tracking is introduced for realizing live tracking to the number of wraps and the size of diameter of transfer bar.The tracking calculation consists of two parts,one is coil diameter increasing process and the other is coil diameter decreasing process.The mathematical models and flue chart of the coil diameter tracking are introduced.The application results show that the achievements have a good effect in production and can improve the automatic level of coilbox and the quality of products.It provids certain reference to workers.
