大跨度全煤巷道开挖顺序数值模拟研究

摘    要:大跨度全煤巷道开挖顺序是关系到巷道稳定性的关键.采用非线性有限元数值计算方法,研究了不同开挖顺序情况下大跨度全煤巷道的应力、位移分布和围岩破坏范围的变化规律.结果表明:先开挖大断面有利于两帮的稳定,先开挖小断面有利于顶板的稳定.大跨度全煤巷道的开挖顺序应根据现场实际地质条件确定,当煤体强度低、埋深大时,巷道选择先开挖大断面的顺序,反之选择先开挖小断面的顺序.

Abstract:The excavation sequence is the key to the roadway stability in long-span full coal drift.In this paper,the nonlinear finite element analysis method was used to simulate the distribution of stresses and displacements,and the variation of destruction scope of surrounding rocks in long-span full coal roadway with different excavation sequences.The results show that excavating large cross section in advance is advantageous to the stability of two sides of the roadway while excavating small cross section in advance is advantageous to the stability of roadway roof.The excavation sequence in long-span full coal roadway must be determined on the basis of the practical geologic conditions.The sequence of excavating large cross section should be firstly chosen when the strength of coal mass is low and the location of coal mass is deeply buried;otherwise,the sequence of excavating small cross section should be firstly chosen.
