基于DELMIA的机器人三维测量仿真

摘    要:利用机器人实现工件的三维测量仿真对提高测量效率、降低测量成本、满足企业自动化生产的需求等具有重要意义.以某轿车车门为例,应用DELMIA软件实现了轿车车门的机器人三维测量的动态仿真.首先运用软件的“零件设计”工作台实现了机器人三维测量仿真系统中视觉传感器、车门、测量夹具等元素的建模;然后利用软件的“设备任务定义”工作台,建立了仿真系统的虚拟环境并完成机器人测量路径规划;最后应用软件的“设备任务定义”工作台实现了机器人三维测量的动态仿真.实验结果表明,所设计的机器人三维测量某轿车车门的仿真系统具有良好的仿真效果.

Abstract:The simulation of 3D measurement realized by using a robot plays a great role in improving measurement efficiency, lowering measurement cost and satisfying the requirement of automated production of enterprises. This paper gives a dynamic simulation system of the 3D measurement of a car door by using DELMIA software. Firstly, the models of the robot, including vision sensors, car door, and measuring clamp device, etc., were built by using 'part design' workbench. Secondly, the virtual environment of the simulation system was assembled and the measuring path planning was accomplished by using the 'device task definition' workbench of the software. Finally, the dynamic simulation of 3D measurement procedure of robot was implemented by using 'device task definition' workbench. The experiment results show that the designed 3D measuring simulation system has a better effect for measuring the car door.
