摘    要:提出一种可靠性与经济性相协调的微电网能量优化方法,权衡停电损失和投资运行费用,得到微电网等年值费用最小时各类微电源的最佳运行容量和供电策略。考虑微电源出力特性、负荷随机需求、微电网与主网交换功率以及可靠性模型,基于序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法统计微电网停电损失;计及微电源运行工况和微电网运行年限,基于全生命周期计算微电网投资运行费用。算例针对自治模式下的微电网系统进行优化,分析结果表明,所述方法可为微电源优化配置提供建议,实现微电源动态经济运行,降低系统总费用。

Abstract:This paper presents a method for microgrid energy optimization with reliability and economy considered at the same time.The optimum operation capacity and power supply strategy are proposed for different kinds of micro-source with the annual total cost being minimum,which is the tradeoff between the cost of outage loss and that of investment and operation.By taking into account the source output characteristic,the random demand,exchange power between microgrid and network,reliability model of load,the cost of outage loss is calculated statistically based on the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method.And considering the micro-source operation condition and fixed number of years of microgrid operation,the cost of investment and operation based on the whole life cycle of microgrid is calculated.The optimal operation scheme is studied under a microgrid system in the autonomous mode.Results show that the method is capable of finding the optimal deployment and dynamic economical operation of the micro-source,reducing the total cost of the system.
