营养液深度对水培生菜生长的影响

摘    要:研究了5、10、15cm深度的营养液对水培生菜生长的影响,结果表明,三种深度营养液其pH和EC均在植株正常生长的范围之内。在营养液达到饱和溶氧量时,10cm深的营养液可满足当天植株对氧的需求;10cm深营养液栽培的生菜地上部鲜重、干重依次为124.26g/株和10.89g/株,比5cm深栽培的分别增加21.1%和28.6%,差异达极显著水平

Abstract:The effects of different nutrient solution depth on the growth of lettuce were studied by hydroponics with depths of 5cm, 10cm, 15cm. The results are as follows. The changes of pH and EC were both within the normal ranges. The nutrient solution of 10cm depth can satisfy O2 needed by plant per day so long as DO reached saturated DO. The fresh weight and dry weight of lettuce cultivated in 10cm nutrient solution were 124.26g/plant and 10.89g/plant, which increased 21.1% and 28.6% respectively compared with lettuce cultivated in nutrient solution of 5cm depth and the difference was extremely significant.
