| 摘 要： | 目的：对应用薄层扫描法进行化浊轻身颗粒含量测定的可行性研究。方法：应用薄层扫描法测定化浊轻身颗粒中大黄素的含量，采用氯仿分别提取滤液和滤渣，用氯仿－甲醇（１：１）定理溶解提取液残渣。结果：化浊轻身颗粒中大黄素含量平均０．３３ｍｇ／ｇ。结论：能消除其它成分的干扰，方法准确可靠，重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the practicability of TLC scanning application in determination of the emodin content in Huazhuoqingshen Granules. Mothods:The emodin content in Huazhuoqingshen Granules was determined by TLC scanning. The filter liquor and residue were extracted by chloroform respectively. Then the extraction solution residue was dissolved quantitatively by chloroform methyl alcohol (1:1). Results:The average emodin content in Huazhuoqingshen Granules was 0.33mg/g. Conclusions: This method can eliminate the inteference of other components. It is accurate, reliable with a good reproducibility. |
