| 摘 要： | 目的探讨羊水过多与胎儿畸形的关系。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2010年12月在我院进行常规产前超声检查的孕妇8450例。结果诊断羊水过多92例,检出率为1.08%,合并胎儿畸形21例,发生率22.83%。结论目前超声是检测羊水量异常、筛查胎儿畸形的首选方法,羊水过多与胎儿畸形息息相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between hydramnios and fetal malformation.Methods 8450 pregnant women having regular antenatal ultrasonic inspections were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital.Results 92 cases were diagnosed as hydramnios(relevance ratio 1.08%) and 21 cases were combined with fetal anomaly(incidence 22.83%).Conclusion By now ultrasonography is the principal way to detect abnormal amniotic fluid volume and screen fetal malformation.Hydramnios and f... |
