肝性和结核性腹水患者胆囊声像图变化的临床观察

目的探讨胆囊声像图改变在肝性和结核性腹水诊断中的价值。方法对159例腹水患者进行彩色超声检查,观察胆囊壁厚度、形态,大小及有无结石。结果肝性腹水的胆囊壁增厚更明显,多呈双层或多层结构,多增大伴结石;而结核性腹水胆囊壁稍增厚或不增厚,一般呈单层回声,多数大小正常,不伴结石。结论观察腹水患者胆囊声像图特征,对肝性和结核性腹水的鉴别有一定参考价值。

Ultrasonography of the gallbladder for diagnosing hepatic ascites and TB-related ascites

Objective To explore the changes in the images of ultrasonography of the gallbladder and its value in the diagnosis of hepatic ascites and TB-related ascites. Methods 159 patients with ascites were given ultrasonography to observe the thickness, shape and size of their gallbladder wall and to detect the existence of gall-stone. Results An obvious increase in the gallbladder wall was detected in patients with hepatic ascites. It usually exhibited double- or even multi- layered structure and often expanded and associated with stones. Regarding TB-related ascites, however, only minor or even zero increase in the gallbladder wall was detected, and the wall usually revealed single-layered, normal size without stone. Conclusion The characteristics on the ultrasonography of the gallbladder wall will provide certain values for the differentiation between hepatic ascites and TB-related ascites.
