| 摘 要： | 近年来,自体脂肪被作为一种理想的组织填充剂,广泛应用于各类整形手术中,特别是在上睑凹陷的矫正中应用越来越多,成为了临床研究的热点。遂笔者于本文中论述了自体脂肪移植矫正上睑凹陷的术式、并发症及操作要点等相关内容,旨在为自体脂肪移植在上睑凹陷矫正中的临床应用及进一步深入研究提供思路与帮助。

| Abstract: | In recent years, autologous fat, as an ideal tissue filler, has been widely used in various types of plastic surgery. Autologus fat graft gains bigger popularity in the correction of upper eyelid excavation and become the focus of clinical research. The author discusses the surgical procedure of the correction of upper eyelid excavation via autologous fat graft, its complications and some essentials of such operation. The author intends to help explore the clinical application and further study of autologous fat graft in the correction of the upper eyelid excavation. |
