| 摘 要： | 针对目前普遍存在的视频监控系统架构设计的弊端,提出一种适合不同应用领域的、运营级的、开放的网络视频监控系统设计方案,提供一种基于TCP/IP的综合应用平台设计思路,阐述了适用于电信运营商的网络视频监控的系统设计。

| Abstract: | In the light of the malpractices commonly existing in the design of the framework of video monitor system currently, this paper puts forward a design proposal of the open-end carrier-class Cinlan Monitor that is adequate for different application fields, provides a kind design idea of comprehensive application platform based on TCP/IP, and expounds a design of Cinlan Monitor that is adequate for telecom operators. |
