摘    要:为探究腐殖酸水溶肥、枯草芽孢杆菌对基质青菜生长的影响 本研究以抗热605青菜为试验材料,共设计6组施肥试验,分别为CK1(有机肥2.5g/盆)、CK2(有机肥2.5g/盆+枯草芽孢杆菌0.5g/盆)、T1(有机肥2.5g/盆+枯草芽孢杆菌0.5g/盆+腐殖酸水溶肥100倍液)、T2(有机肥2.5g/盆+枯草芽孢杆菌0.5g/盆+腐殖酸水溶肥200倍液)、T3(有机肥2.5g/盆+枯草芽孢杆菌0.5g/盆+腐殖酸水溶肥400倍液)、T4(有机肥2.5g/盆+枯草芽孢杆菌0.5g/盆+腐殖酸水溶肥800倍液),研究结过表明:腐殖酸水溶肥配施枯草芽孢杆菌可在一定程度上增加基质青菜的株高、叶宽、叶长、冠幅及地上鲜重,其中腐殖酸水溶肥起主导作用,枯草芽孢杆菌作用较为微弱,综合各生长指标考量以T2处理效果最佳。

Effects of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer combined with Bacillus subtilis on the growth of substrate Brassica rapa var. chinensis L
Abstract:In order to explore the effects of humic acid water-soluble fertilizer and Bacillus subtilis on the growth of substrate Brassica rapa var. chinensis L, this study used heat-resistant 605 as experimental materials, a total of 6 groups of fertilization experiments were designed. They were respectively CK1(organic fertilizer 2.5g/ basin), CK2(organic fertilizer 2.5g/ basin + Bacillus subtilis 0.5g/ basin), T1(organic fertilizer 2.5g/ basin + Bacillus subtilis 0.5g/ basin + humic acid water-soluble diluted? 100 times), T2(organic fertilizer 2.5g/ basin + Bacillus subtilis 0.5g/ basin + humic acid water-soluble diluted 200 times), T3(2.5g/ basin of organic fertilizer + 0.5g/ basin of Bacillus subtilis + humic acid water-soluble diluted 400 times), T4(2.5g/ basin of organic fertilizer + 0.5g/ basin of Bacillus subtilis + humic acid water-soluble diluted 800 times), the research results show that: Humic acid water-soluble fertilizer combined with Bacillus subtilis could increase plant height, leaf width, leaf length, crown width and ground fresh weight of substrate substrate Brassica rapa var. chinensis L to a certain extent, in which humic acid water-soluble fertilizer played a leading role, while Bacillus subtilis had a weak effect. Considering all growth indexes, T2 treatment had the best effect.
