SiCp/Al复合材料的加工表面质量研究进展

摘    要:SiC颗粒增强Al基(SiCp/Al)复合材料由于具有优良的综合性能,在同类复合材料中有较大优势,因而在许多对材料具有较高要求的行业中得到了广泛应用,并体现出相应的使用价值。但是,增强相颗粒的加入导致SiCp/Al复合材料加工性能降低。本文结合不同加工技术,并从切削参数、刀具条件和增强颗粒特征等角度综述了国内外学者对SiCp/Al复合材料加工表面质量的研究状况,并对其影响因素进行了详细的论述。

Abstract:Because of the excellent comprehensive performance of SiC particle reinforced Al matrix (SiCp/Al)com-posite material and the advantage in the same kind of composite material,it is widely used in industries with higher require-ment of materials,and the value in use is reflected.Meanwhile,with the reinforced particles joining in,the composite ma-terial processing performance of SiCp/Al is decreased.According to the different processing technology,the research status of SiCp/Al composite materials processing surface quality is reviewed in several aspects such as the cutting parameters,tool conditions and enhanced particle characteristics,and its influence factors are described in details.
