大鼠楔形核与下位脑干及脊髓之间的纤维联系─ARG法和HRP法研究

摘    要:用HRP法和ARG法研究了大鼠楔形核(CnF)与下位脑干及脊髓之间的传入和传出纤维联系。结果表明:1.CnF的传入纤维主要来自双侧中脑中央灰质、脑桥嘴侧网状核、脑桥尾侧网伏梭、脑侨被盖网状核和脑桥腹侧网状核、巨细胞网状核、外侧巨细胞网状核和对侧的CnF,脊髓可能有较少的传入到CnF。2.除脊髓外,CnF的下行投射分布到上述核区及下丘深层、蓝斑、中缝大核、中缝苍白核和外侧网状核。本文还讨论了CnF参与痛与镇痛的形态学基础。

Abstract:The connections 0f the cuneiformis nucleus (CnF) with the lower part of brainstem and the spinal cord were studied in rats by using anterograde autoradiographic method and retrograde horseradish peroxidase tracer method.The results showed:1,After iontophoretic application of HRP to CnF,retrograde labeled neurons were mainly observed in the periaqueductal gray matter,rostral pontine reticular nucleus, caudal pontine reticular nucleus,ventral pontine reticular nucleus,pontine reticulotegmental nucleus gigantocellular reticular nucleus, lateral paragigantocellular nucleus.the contralateral CnF,and the spinal cord.2.The anterograde labeled fibers and terminals were similarly distributed to the localities mentioned above in (1),except for the spinal cord.And CnF also projected to the deep layer of inferior eolliculus,locus ceruleus, raphe magnus nueleus and lateral reticular nucleus.The functions of CnF in connection with pain and analgesia were disscussed in this paper.
