摘    要:研究胶凝原油融化特性对原油集输及停输再启动等过程具有重要的意义。对初始温度为10℃,尺寸为30 mm×30 mm×10 mm原油试件在52.5、60、72.5℃三种不同水温中进行融化实验,并用红外热像仪记录原油融化过程随时间的变化情况,分析水温对融化时间、原油表面中心点温度以及原油形状的影响。实验结果表明,胶凝原油上表面中心点温度随时间先缓慢升高,后迅速增加,最后变缓并逐渐趋于水温;实验条件下原油融化时间分别为690、300和220 s;融化过程中原油上表面形状从方形逐渐变为圆形。

Melting Experiment of Cuboid Gelled Crude Oil in Hot Water
Abstract:The investigation of melting characteristics of the gelled crude oil is of great importance for both gathering and transferring process and shutdown and restarting process. The initial temperature of crude oil is 10 ℃ and the size is 30 mm×30 mm×10 mm. There are three groups of experiments with temperatures of water are 52.5, 60 and 72.5 ℃, respectively. The thermal infrared imager is used to record the changes of oil melting process with time. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of water temperature on total melting time, the center temperature on the surface of gelled crude oil, and the shape of crude oil. The results show that the center temperature on the surface of gelled crude oil raises slowly first and then increases rapidly, and finally tends to the water temperature. The melting time of crude oil under this condition is 690, 300 and 220 s, respectively. The surface shape of crude oil changes from square to circle in melting process.
