脱硝催化剂领域中国专利统计分析

摘    要:对SCR脱硝催化剂领域的中国专利申请进行了统计分析,结果表明:国外申请人在此领域的申请量占中国申请的50%左右,其中美国申请人的申请量最大,说明国外申请人注重脱硝催化剂技术在中国的专利保护。从技术角度上看,中国专利申请申请人研究的热点主要集中在催化剂的配方上,其中非贵金属催化剂的专利文献最多,研发目的主要是提高催化剂的活性和耐受性。中国申请人在脱硝催化剂领域的专利申请数量呈逐年增加态势,申请人主要以高校为主,企业申请人较少。

Statistical Analysis of China Patent in the Field of Denitrification Catalyst
Abstract:The China patent applications in the field of SCR denitrification catalyst are analyzed statistically. The results show that the number of foreign applicants accounts for around 50%of this field, and the number of American applicants accounts for the largest proportion, indicating that foreign applicants pay attention to the patent protection of denitrification catalyst technology in China. From the technical point of view, for the Chinese patent applicants, the hotspot of research mainly focuses on the formulation of catalyst, and the number of patent documents refer to the non-noble metal catalysts is the largest. The purpose of those patents is mainly to improve the catalytic activity and tolerance. The trend of the number of Chinese applicants in the field of denitrification catalyst is increasing year by year. And the applicants mainly come from universities rather than enterprises.
