采用无污染氧化剂浸出钴白合金中钴铜的试验研究

摘    要:在盐酸体系中,采用无污染氧化剂浸出难溶钴白合金的工艺条件进行了研究。探讨了盐酸初始浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、搅拌速度及液固比对金属浸出率的影响。采用滴加无污染氧化剂浸出钴白合金中的Co和Cu的最佳工艺条件为起始酸度5~6mol/L、浸出温度70~80℃、浸出时间60min、搅拌速度300~400r/min及液固比为5∶1。综合试验结果表明:采用优化的浸出条件Co和Cu的浸出率均在99.5%以上,该工艺方法具有工艺环境好,效率高等优点。

Abstract:Extracting Co and Cu from cobalt white alloy in hydrochloric acid solution system with pollution-free oxidant are studied.Effect of parameters including initial concentration of hydrochloric acid solution,leaching temperature,leaching time,stir rate and liquid to solid on value metal extraction are investigated,the optimized technological conditions are 5~6mol/L,70~80℃,60min, 300~400r/min and 5/1,respectively.The comprehensive results of tests show that the extracting efficiency of Co and Cu are over 99.5% respectively when optimized conditions were adopted.The process is good to environments,with high efficiency.
