相位超前角在无刷直流电动机调速中的应用

摘    要:针对无刷直流电动机在高速运行中存在的问题,提出一种能提高无刷直流电动机调速范围的新方法,称之为相位超前法。该方法能使无刷直流电动机在高速运行时实现恒功率控制。最后建立了带相位超前角的无刷直流电动机双闭环控制系统模型,仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:To solve the problems in brushless DC motors when at high speed,this paper proposed a new method called phase advance approach to expand the speed range of brushless DC motor.With this method,the brushless DC motor can operate in the constant power region at high speed.Then we established the two closed loop control system with a lookup table obtained from the phase advance angle.Simulation results proved the feasibility of this method.
