摘    要:目的:观察植物营养活力素(PVN)对小鼠清除血清循环免疫复合物(CIC)能力及免疫功能的影响。方法:以不同剂量的PVN喂饲小鼠,检测实验小鼠血清CIC含量及体液免疫、红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能。结果:用药后实验小鼠血清CIC含量明显降低;血清总IgG和溶血素水平明显升高;红细胞C_(3b)受体(RBC—C_(3b))花环率上升、红细胞免疫复合物(RBC—IC)花环率下降。结论:PVN可明显提高小鼠清除体内CIC的能力,增强机体的体液免疫和RCIA功能,其营养作用不仅适用于植物,而且适用于动物。

Abstract:Objectives: To observe effect of plant vitality nutrient (PVN) on ability to scavenging circulating immune complex (CIC) and immune function in experimental mice. Methods: It has been determined that the content of CIC in sera and function of humoral immunity and red cell immune adherence (RCIA) in experimental miceby using different dose of plant vitality nutrient(PVN). Results:There is a decline in contrnt of CIC.but enhance in levels of total IgG and amboceptor in sera. In addition, there is a increase in garland rate of red blood cell C3b receptors (RBC -C3bR) and decrease in garland rate of red blood cell immune complex (RBC -IC). Conclusions; PVN may enhance ability to scavenging CIC and function of humoral immunity and RCIA in experimental mice, its nutritive value is not only suitable for plant but also for animal.
