摘    要:通过连续流试验和间歇式实验探讨了产酸脱硫系统中产酸菌与硫酸盐还厚菌基于底物利用水平的生态学规律.连续流试验采用完全混合式反应器,内加活性炭填料,以糖蜜为碳源,控制进水COD为3000mg/L、COD/SO4^2-=5.0和HRT=11h,结果表明,20d反应器启动成功,运行稳定期硫酸盐去除率可达95%~100%、液相末端产物以乙酸为主.间歇式实验结果表明,产酸脱硫系统中硫酸盐还原菌容易利用产酸菌的发酵产物——氢气和乙醇,乙醇被转化为乙酸.在游离污泥中产酸菌占优势地位,而载体活性炭上硫酸盐还原菌占优势地位,产酸脱硫系统实现了硫酸盐还原菌在载体上的定向富集。

Abstract:Continuous - flow experiment and batch test were conducted to investigate the ecological law of aci-dogenic bacteria and sulfate - reducing bacteria based on substrate utilization. Continuous - flow experiment was carried out in a continuous stirred tank biofilm reactor, molasses as the sole carbon resource and activated carbon was the biofilm carrier. The key parameters were shown as follows: COD =3 000 mg/L, COD/SO4 = 5. 0 and HRT = 11hr. The experimental results showed that successful start - up of the reactor could be a-chieved in 20 days and the sulfate removal rate could reach 95% - 100%. The batch test showed that hydrogen and ethanol produced by AB were utilized easily by SRB, and ethanol was converted into acetic acid. AB was the predominant population in floc and SRB was the predominant one in the biofilm on activated carbon. So, SRB could directionally enrich on the carrier in this acidogenic sulfate - reducing ecosystem.
