微米TS-1的水热改性及其丁酮氨氧化性能

摘    要: 采用水热改性对微米TS-1进行处理, 考察了改性温度、改性时间及水的用量等对其在丁酮氨氧化反应中催化性能的影响. 采用TEM、SEM、UV-Vis、XRD、IR及N2物理吸附等手段,对水热改性前后的样品进行了表征. 结果表明, 水热改性对微米TS-1分子筛的骨架结构影响不大,但会使孔分布、吸附曲线等有所变化, 水热改性后的微米TS-1在丁酮氨氧化反应中的催化性能明显改善. 水热处理的最佳条件是: 每100g的微米TS-1用水30mol, 改性温度170℃, 改性时间48h.

Abstract:TS-1 zeolite samples were modified with H2O, and the effect of the modification conditions (temperature, time and the amount of H2O) on the catalytic properties in the ammoxidation of methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) were investigated. The TS-1 samples before and after the modification were characterized by TEM, SEM, UV-Vis, XRD, IR and N2 adsorption. The results showed that the framework of TS-1 was not changed obviously after modified with H2O, but both their adsorption isotherms and pore distribution had some difference. After the modification with H2O, the catalytic properties of TS-1 in the ammoxidation of MEK were improved greatly. The optimal modification conditions were as follows: 100 g TS-1/ 30 mol H2O, modification temperature 170℃, modification time 48h.
