摘    要:阐述了一种新型钴基合会激光熔覆后的组织与性能,该合金是在204钴基合金成分的基础上研制的。试验结果表明,铈明显改变了共晶成分,使合金具有更高的硬度及耐磨性,可以作为承受低应力磨粒磨损部件的表面熔覆材料。

Abstract:The structure and property of a new Co-based alloy by laser cladding were studied in this paper.The alloy was researched on the basis of 204 Co-based alloy.The result of the test indicated that Ce decreased the eutectic constituent and made the alloy higher hardness and wearability.As a result,the alloy can be used as a cladding material of parts which is standed to the abrasive wear with low stress.
