白皮松插穗的生根特性与其解剖构造的关系

摘    要:白皮松扦插繁殖试验在北京十三陵林场苗圃进行 .从不同年龄的母树上 ,选择 1年生硬枝和嫩枝为对象 ,采用石蜡切片法 ,对插穗的生根特性与其解剖构造的关系进行研究 .结果表明 :不同年龄母树插穗的生根率与解剖构造无关 .同龄母树硬枝和嫩枝的解剖构造存在差异 ,这可能是导致同龄母树的硬枝和嫩枝在生根特性上不同的原因 ;白皮松的根原始体属于诱导原始体 ,产生于维管形成层、韧皮组织与髓射线的交叉区域 ;白皮松插穗的生根过程中未发现愈伤组织的形成 .不定根产生于插穗的下切口边缘至向上 1~ 2mm以内的区域 .

Abstract:The experiments on cutting propagation of Pinus bungeana were carried out in the nursery of Beijing Shi sanling Forestry Center in March, June, and July of 2000. One year old hardwood and softwood from mother trees of Pinus bungeana of different ages were used to study the relationships between rooting characteristics and anatomical structure of the cutting by the method of paraffin section. The results show that no marked correlation between the rooting rate and anatomical structure of the cutting from mother trees of different age could be found, but there are differences in anatomical structure between the hardwood and softwood cuttings from mother trees of the same age, which may be the reason that hardwood is different from softwood in rooting characteristics. The root primordium of Pinus bungeana belongs to induced primordium, which is formed from the cross region of vascular cambium, phloem tissues and pith rays. Callus formation is not found during the process of rooting of Pinus bungeana cuttings.The adventitious roots of cuttings are formed from the verge of lower cut section to the upper position of 1-2 mm.
