| 摘 要： | 为了保证高校体育教师接受继续教育的公平性和有效性，科学构建高校体育教师继续教育保障体系，结合自组织理论对当前高校体育教师继续教育体系进行了分析。认为高校体育教师继续教育具有全方位开放性、复杂性和动态非平衡性等耗散结构特征。从继续教育多元化目标、自组织运行的保证及可持续发展3个方面探讨了高校体育教师继续教育保障体系的有关问题。

| Abstract: | In order to guarantee the fairness and efficiency for university physical teachers to receive a continuing education and construct a protection system for physical teachers, the current continuing education system of university physical teachers are analyzed by combining with the organization theo- ry. The continuing education of university physical teachers should have the dissipation structure characteristics such as comprehensive open, complexity and dynamic non equilibrium. The relevant problems of continuing education security system are discussed from three aspects of multiple goals, organization operation assurance and sustainable development. |
