摘 要: | 以三聚氯氰(TCT)、对叔丁基苯酚为原料,制备了2,4-二(对叔丁基苯氧基)-6-氯-[1,3,5]-三嗪(BT)。通过对碱试剂、溶剂、pH值和温度等因素的考察,确定了最佳反应条件为:丙酮和水混合溶剂体积比为1:1,KOH为碱试剂,pH为7.0,温度为30℃。在最佳反应条件下,制得产物的液相相对含量为95.75%。通过IR、1HNMR和13CNMR表征了产物的结构。用热重分析的方法考察了产物的热稳定性能。

Abstract: | Cyanuric chloride(TCT)and p-tert-butyl-phenol are used as raw material to prepare 2,4-di(p-tert-butyl-phenoxy)-6-chloro-[1,3,5]-triazine(BT).Through the investigation of different alkali reagents,dif-ferent solvents,pH value and temperature,the optimal reaction conditions were confirmed:the solvent of ace-tone water(volume ratio 1:1),KOH alkali reagent,pH was 7 and the temperature of 30 DEG.Under the opti-mal um reaction conditions,the product was prepared by liquid phase the relative content of 95.75%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR、13CNMR and 1HNMR.Thermogravimetric analysis was used to investigate the thermostability of the product. |
