石材废粉砂浆的流动性研究

摘    要:为了探索掺入石材废粉置换等体积细骨料对砂浆性能的影响,研究测量了20组不同水灰比、不同石材废粉体积下砂浆的流动性、黏聚性和抗压强度,量化了各配比的填充密度和平均液层厚度,揭示了石材废粉砂浆流动性能的主要控制因素。结果表明,掺入石材废粉降低了流速和扩展度,最大降幅分别为71.7%和12.0%;提高了黏聚性和抗压强度,最大增幅分别为69.3%和70.8%。回归分析揭示了流速、扩展度和黏聚性受平均液层厚度和石材废粉体积的协同影响,拟合公式相关系数R2值分别为0.92、0.85和0.84。

Study on Fluidity of Waste Stone Powder Mortar

Abstract:To study the effects of waste stone powder (WSP) as fine aggregate replacement on the performances of mortar,we measured the fluidity,cohesiveness and compressive strength of 20 mortar mixes with various WSP volumes at water/cement ratios,and quantified the packing densities and mean liquid thickness to disclose the governing parameters of the fluidity. The results show that the addition of WSP decreases the flow rate and flow spread with the maximum decrease of 71.7% and 12.0%,respectively. Addition of WSP increases the cohesiveness and compressive strength with the maximum increase of 69.3% and 70.8%,respectively. Regression analysis demonstrates that the flow rate,cohesiveness and compressive strength are mainly governed by the mean liquid thickness and WSP volume. And the correlation coefficients R2 are confirmed as 0.92,0.85 and 0.84 respectively.
