动态负压射孔技术研究及在渤海油田的应用

摘    要:渤海油田近65%的油水井采用套管射孔方式完井,建立地层与井筒的连通通道,使流体从地层中流出或将流体注入地层,其中有相当数量的为大斜度井、大位移井。目前通常采用静态负压射孔方式进行射孔,但该工艺对射孔的清洁压实带效果较差。为了更好地清洁射孔孔道,采用动态负压射孔技术,通过特殊的射孔设计,采用专门的负压射孔弹和射孔枪的组合,在较低的负压或正压条件下产生一个较大的瞬时的动态负压值,可显著提高孔眼的岩心流动效率。该技术已在渤海油田沙河街组储层完成3口井的现场应用。由投产数据对比表明,动态负压射孔工艺达到了设定的负压值,且平均产液量高于传统平衡射孔负压返涌静态负压射孔工艺,增产效果明显。

Abstract:In recent years, 65% of oil and water wells in Bohai Oilfield use casing perforation to make fluid flow out of the formation or inject fluid into the formation, and a considerable number of wells are casing perforations with large deflections and large displacements. At present, static negative pressure perforation is usually used for perforation, but the effect of cleaning the compaction belt by static negative pressure perforation is not obvious. In order to better clean the perforation tunnel, a special perforation design was researched, and a combination of a special negative pressure bullet, a perforating bullet and a perforating gun produced a large instant under low negative or positive pressure conditions. The dynamic negative pressure perforating technology significantly improves the core core flow efficiency of the perforations. At present, this technology has been applied in the field of 3 wells in the Shahejie Formation of Bohai Oilfield. The comparison of the production data shows that the dynamic negative pressure perforation process has reached the set negative pressure value, and the average liquid production is higher than the traditional balanced perforation negative pressure backpressure static negative pressure perforation process, which has a significant increase in production.
