摘    要:以玉米秸秆为原料,设置对照组(CK)和5个试验组(分别添加布氏乳杆菌(L1)、植物乳杆菌(L2)、戊糖片球菌(L3)、复合菌剂(L4)、复合菌剂及酸化剂(L5))。选取不同发酵时间(0 d、15 d、30 d、45 d、60 d、90 d)取样,测定玉米秸秆中乳酸菌数、酵母菌数以及pH随时间的变化规律,并在青贮饲料发酵90 d结束后检测青贮发酵产物及有氧稳定性。结果表明,与对照组相比,乳酸菌剂的添加均能提高青贮饲料品质,但戊糖片球菌提升效果较差;复合菌剂与单独添加布氏乳杆菌或植物乳杆菌之间无明显差异(P>0.05);酸化剂的添加显著提高了青贮饲料有氧稳定性(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Using corn straw as raw material, the control group (CK) and 5 experimental groups including L1 (adding Lactobacillus buchneri), L2 (adding Lactobacillus plantarum), L3 (adding Pediococcus pentosaceus), L4 (adding compound bacteria) and L5 (adding compound bacteria and acidifier) were set. Samples were selected at different fermentation time (0 d, 15 d, 30 d, 45 d, 60 d and 90 d), and the change of lactic acid bacteria, yeast and pH was determined in corn straw with time, and the fermentation product and aerobic stability of silage were detected after silage fermentation 90 d. The results showed that compared with CK, the addition of lactic acid bacteria agent could improve the quality of silage, but the effect of P. pentosachia was poor. There was no significant difference between the addition of compound bacteria and the addition of L. brucelli or L. plantarum alone (P>0.05). The addition of acidifier significantly improved the stability of silage.
