纳米级CaCO3粒子对PVC增韧增强研究

摘    要:根据非弹性体增韧改性观点,研究了粒径为1μmCaCO3及30nmCaCO3粒子填充PVC,PVC/ACR体系的性质,并对其断口进行了电镜观察。结果表明,粒径为1μm CaCO3对PVC,PVC/ACR增韧增强效果不如粒径为30nm CaCO3。同时,ACR的加入使体系加工性能变好。

Abstract:Properties of CaCO3 filled PVC and PVC/ACR systems are studied based on the inelastic body toughening theory.Diameters of particles of CaCO3 are l m and 30 nm respectively. Sections of the systems are observed by SEM.Results show that the toughening and reinforcing effect of CaCO3 with the diameter of 1m on PVC and PVC/ACR systems is less than that of CaCO3 with the diameter of 30 nm.Processabilities of the systems with ACR are improved.
